What “Chief Vibe Officer” means to me…
As a hands on owner, it’s my job to create not only a productive work environment, but a positive one. I think these things go hand in hand. My day to day as a business owner includes a lot of creative work, labour, operational tasks, networking and business development. I think one of the most important tasks on my to-do list as an owner is fostering good vibes and making sure my business does some good for our community. I want to create a happy atmosphere internally, with high energy and good vibes, so our creativity can flourish and so our clients can experience working with an uplifting business, and feel happy too.
